Chokks% is built entirely around one promise: the fruit percentage on the menu board is real. That promise depends on both the ingredients and the equipment behind the counter.
Fruit Purée & Juice Ingredients
We're pouring mango, guava, mixed berry (blackberry, blueberry, raspberry), citrus (orange, lemon, lime), passionfruit, peach, strawberry, grape and watermelon — eleven flavors and counting.
Format: bag-in-box, aseptic, or IQF frozen purée — tell us what you offer.
Standard: real fruit content that holds up to a percentage printed on the menu board, no added sugar, non-GMO where possible, and sourcing we can trace back.
Volume: scaling from six bars in 2027 to a franchise pipeline right behind them.
Juice Processing & Dispensing Equipment
What we need: cold-press and juice processing systems, plus dispensing equipment for every bar.
Standard: food-safety compliant, easy to clean, and reliable enough to run behind a counter all day, every day.
Scale: the same setup installed identically across six launch bars in 2027 — and every franchise location after that.
